Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that Barcelona have make their first offer for defender Eric Garcia.
New Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman is keen to bring the Spaniard, who graduated through the club’s famous La Masia academy, back to the club as a long-term replacement for Gerard Piqué.
According to reports in Spain as relayed by Daily Mail, Barcelona have made a bid of eight million euros (£7.2m) to sign Manchester City defender Eric Garcia
SPORT also reported that Barca offered an initial €8 million with another €2 million in potential add-ons.
The report claim the Premier League club value the 19-year-old centre-back at 40 million euros (£36.2m) but would be willing to lower their asking price significanty.
It remains to be seen if that actually goes through. García is under contract at the Etihad until june 2021 and City are working on a contract renewal for the 19-year-old La Masía graduate.
