Manchester City fans have been reacting to a report that Bayern Munich remain determined to sign Leroy Sane and want to pay around £52m to £60m, despite his valuation being closer to £87m last summer.
Bayern Munich remain determined to sign Leroy Sane from Manchester City this summer with his agent previously saying clearly that Bayern is the only club the winger could imagine leaving City for.
According to Sky in Germany, Bayern Munich remain determined to sign Leroy Sane this summer despite the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic.
The report further says the German club want to pay around £52m to £60m, despite his valuation being closer to £87m last summer.
Sane’s future at the Etihad has been uncertain for more than a year. A new contract offered by Pep Guardiola’s side has remained unsigned. With just a year left on the player’s contract.
With his future at the club in doubt, many City supporters have flocked to discuss this latest update on Sane – with many claiming that they should sell the 24-year-old.
No way we’re accepting that fee🤣🤣

Give Sane for nothing. He’s so desperate to leave City, no point in keeping the player with that mentality.

Fans are Getting tired of this now. Should City get rid of Leroy Sane?

This seems like a genuinely good deal. City initially wanting 100+ was ambitious, but netting the 85 reported would be great.
We have to accept the financial implications of this pandemic mixed with his contract. There’s no way they’re getting anywhere near what they wanted for him
