Well – according to Bolavip – the Argentina U23 international has been on Man City’s radar since he was just 13 years of age.

A deal could have been done for just €10m (£9m) – which is Barco’s release clause – although Brighton are now set to sign the Boca Juniors No.19 after Man City walked away.
