“We are arguing” – Director on negotiations with Manchester City owners for player, unwilling to meet fee demand

Manchester City are owned by the City Football Group [CFG], part of a group including Troyes and others.

Troyes agreed a deal with Fluminense for Metinho in 2021 and have been sending him on loan since the summer of 2022.
