Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that the Citizens are strongly interested in signing Valencia winger Ferran Torres as a possible transfer target for City as Leroy Sane replacement.
The Citizens may be on the lookout for a replacement of Sané who joined the Munich giants last week for a fee reported to be around €50m.
Several names have been brought to the attention of Man City fans, including the likes of Leon Bailey, Kingsley Coman, and Jadon Sancho.
Reports from Spanish media have claimed that Pep Guardiola is keen on bringing Valencia’s winger Ferran Torres (20) to the club this summer.
Ferran, whose current contract ends in June 2021 is apparently top of Guardiola’s wish list in terms of potential reinforcements in wide attacking positions.
The Valencia youngster’s ability to operate on either flank would be a tremendous asset for the Manchester City manager to have.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra and City Chief, City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions

Watch his highlights form a channel called ‘Brazil Scout’ he’s got pace and got a good football IQ. Reminds me a lot of Sane when he was at Shalke 🤞🏽Huge potential which Pep will nurture— Z2⏱ (@didijr00) July 9, 2020
‘With peps guidance he can be a top player”, claimed one fan.
while another tweeted, “Torres is right footed right winger, why would we want him if we have Mahrez and Foden/Bernardo who can play there but on the left we have only Sterling who also should be playing on the right as he does not create goals on the left (compare his stats from previous years as RW)”
Another tweet said:”We can bring Leon bailey or mike oyarzabal they’re both the classic left wingers and left footed the same role sane played with city if pep wants the closest thing to sane those 2 are the nearest both are young especially mike he’s a great assister with great vision”
