The Man City midfield situation simply isn’t sustainable.

Man City beat Fulham last night 5-4 at Craven Cottage last night. The match was the ideal advertisement for the Premier League as the game showcased everything special about England’s top flight. While the game was a spectacle, coming out of the match there were several areas of concern that stood out for Pep Guardiola’s side. One is that the midfield situation and the workload on Nico aren’t sustainable. Pep Guardiola needs to find a solution to help ease the burden on Nico and give his team more legs in midfield.
