Rico Lewis now shares which position he likes playing in the most

Rico Lewis has given an insight into which position he likes playing in the most.

The Man City youngster was speaking to The National in Abu Dhabi, as he is currently on a warm weather training trip with the club.

So far in his senior career, Lewis has played as an inverted right-back, a more traditional iteration of the role, in a double pivot as well as an advanced midfield star at the Etihad Stadium.

For instance, in the Sky Blues’ 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace, Rico Lewis played in midfield but in his side’s 5-0 demolition job of Huddersfield Town, he played as a traditional right-back for much of the game.
