Manchester City have reached a full agreement with River Plate to sign sensation Claudio Echeverri, sources have told Football Insider.
It is believed that River Plate have accepted City’s bid for the 18-year-old and he has agreed personal terms with a medical set to be completed.
His move will be officially completed, and likely also announced, when the Argentina transfer window opens on 25 January.
