However, to secure a starting spot, Minto feels Grealish must show more offensive output and be willing to make late runs into the box, as displayed by Declan Rice’s goal in a recent match. Despite Grealish’s talent, Minto believes he must strive to be the best player on the pitch and increase his goal-scoring impact to secure a regular spot in the England midfield.
