Manchester City’s players are often considered superior to their Premier League counterparts due to their quality and consistency in winning major trophies. The pressure to win every season has led these players to rise to the challenge, making them benchmarks in English football. However, other clubs also have world-class players, such as Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, who has proven himself as one of Europe’s best forwards season after season. In a comparison between Saka, Phil Foden, and Cole Palmer, pundits suggested starting Saka over the others based on recent performances.
Despite Saka’s recent success, Foden should have the upper hand over him based on his performances last season, where he led Manchester City to the Premier League title. Foden’s consistency and impact should make him the better choice over Saka, who has also performed well but may not have the same level of sustained excellence.
