Manchester City reject €30m+ offer for player – Even buyback clause doesn’t help

Manchester City have rejected Roma’s offer for Claudio Echeverri, despite the inclusion of a €30m+ obligation to buy.

That’s according to journalist César Luis Merlo, who reports on Roma’s rejected offer for the Argentine today.

He reports that Manchester City have rejected Roma’s offer for Echeverri, which was a one-year loan with a €33m obligation to buy next summer. It also included buy-back clause for Pep Guardiola’s side.
