Manchester City let Claudio Echeverri join Bayer Leverkusen on loan last summer and he struggled for regular minutes in Germany.
On December 19th, Bayer Leverkusen manager Kasper Hjulmand confirmed an agreement had been reached with Manchester City to terminate his loan.
Claims from Spain have already reported the 19-year-old is set to join Girona on loan in the winter market. It was also stated they have an agreement is in place with Pep Guardiola’s side.
