Manchester City have taken the lead in the race to sign Bayern Munich midfield star Joshua Kimmich this summer.
According to a report from SPORT, Manchester City have overtaken Barcelona in the pursuit of Joshua Kimmich.
The German international could part ways with Bayern Munich in the upcoming transfer window, and Pep Guardiola’s team could be his next destination.
Kimmich has been an integral part of all the success the German giants have had in recent years, including winning the treble a few years ago.
He has only gone from strength to strength since joining them back in 2015. While he is a very important part of their first team, the 29-year-old utility man could part ways with the club in the summer.
