Manchester City have officially signed Brazilian forward Savio from sister-club Troyes, following a successful loan spell in La Liga with Girona. Savio, who recently competed in the Copa America with Brazil, was directly involved in 21 goals for Girona last season and has now joined City on an initial five-year contract worth £21M. Despite initial talks of a possible loan, Savio will remain at Manchester City for the upcoming season.
