Man City will be without Savinho for a period of time.

Savinho suffered an injury during the early stages of the second-half of Man City’s nil-all draw with Sunderland a week ago. The Brazilian international has subsequently missed City’s past two matches against Chelsea and Brighton. There hadn’t been an update provided on the status of Savinho or how long he would be sidelined. Pep Guardiola provided an update following his team’s 1-all draw with Brighton last night. Savinho faces a lengthy period on the sidelines as Man City have lost another player to injury.
