One player on the books at Manchester City has reportedly already signed a contract extension with the Blues.
Over recent years, the Manchester club have loaned out numerous players to a wide variety of clubs across Europe. Names such as Joao Cancelo, James McAtee and Maximo Perrone among others have been sent out from the Etihad Stadium on temporary loan deals.
Now though, some behind-the-scenes details have come to light regarding a secret contract extension that took place concerning one player currently owned by the Citizens.
According to a recent report from Ge Globo, Yan Couto, signed a contract extension at City until 2026 before he joined Girona on his latest loan deal back in 2022.
