Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports to yet another update on Sergio Aguero contract situation at the Etihad.
The City Legend’s contract at the Etihad is due to expire at the end of June, and it appears increasingly likely that the Argentine, who has struggled with injuries this season could be allowed to move on after 10 years at the club.
His future has been the subject of speculation recently, with Barcelona believed to have made contact with Aguero regarding a potential free transfer.
According to The Sun, Aguero would indeed be keen to extend his stay with Pep Guardiola’s side, but he would not rule out a move to another Premier League side if his time at Man City does come to an end in June.
The report claims Chelsea, who are long-term admirers of Aguero, and even tried to sign him a decade ago when he swapped Atletico Madrid for City and Ligue 1 side PSG are ‘monitoring developments’.
