Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Jayden Braaf is set to leave the Premier League champions next summer as contract negotiations have stalled.
Jayden signed for Manchester City in the summer of 2018 as a first-year scholar, joining from PSV Eindhoven having also spent time at Ajax’s youth set-up.
In his debut campaign at City, Jayden played consistently for the U18’s in their league campaign, impressing with his skill and pace on the wing. He also played three times in the FA Youth Cup in the U18’s run to the final.
Braaf spent the second half of last season on loan at Udinese from Manchester City, but suffered a nasty injury.
Since coming back to Manchester, the Citizens and the starlet have been in contract negotiations but there has been no new progress.
With uncertainties surrounding his future, Dutch website FCUpdate.nl as relayed by Insider Futbol reports that Jayden Braaf is set to leave the club next summer as contract negotiations have stalled.
The report claims the teenage winger has fallen out of ‘favour’ due to his ‘lack of commitment’.
A separate report by Manchester Evening News also confirms City are prepared to Jayden Braaf to leave the club in January with a number of clubs interested in a cut-price deal as he nears the end of his contract.
Further details claim that the Dutchman is said to be keen on a move ‘as soon as possible’ in order to ‘kickstart’ his development and gain regular game time.

I reported this months ago, he rejected a contract extension. Also think he would’ve been fit by now which isn’t a good look. https://t.co/s6I05skMr4
