Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has kept a promise he made to fans ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 24/25 campaign was a very underwhelming one for everyone associated with the Manchester club, with Al Mubarak publicly admitting that the Premier League giants rested on their laurels last summer, having won four titles in a row.
That was not going to happen again ahead of the upcoming season, with Pep Guardiola wanting four to five new faces ahead of the summer transfer…
