Manchester City have received interest from Juventus for Yan Couto, a rising full-back talent. The club is open to offers for the player, who returns to City following a successful loan spell with Girona. Despite some fan frustration with Kyle Walker’s performances, Couto is unlikely to stay as City looks towards the future without the aging club captain.
Juventus have made contact with Manchester City over a potential loan deal for Couto. City has named their price for a permanent transfer, seeking €25 million for the young full-back. While some reports suggested Couto was entering the final year of his contract, he confirmed that he is tied to City until 2026.
Couto is considering his future with Manchester City and will discuss it with the club over the summer. It is uncertain if he will join City’s pre-season tour squad, but if an exit is not agreed upon, he is likely to participate in the upcoming matches under Pep Guardiola’s supervision.
