Manchester United will kick off the season by hosting Fulham at Old Trafford, while Manchester City will face Chelsea and Arsenal will play Wolves. Despite the quality shown by City in the FA Community Shield, pundits like Jamie Carragher believe that City’s attack, featuring players like Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland, gives them the edge over Arsenal in the title race. Carragher suggests that Arsenal may need to strengthen their attack to compete with City.
While Arsenal has talented players like Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli, Manchester City’s attacking lineup, including De Bruyne and Haaland, is considered to have a higher level of X-factor. City’s ability to turn games around with their world-class attackers gives them an advantage over Arsenal in the race for the Premier League title. Carragher believes that unless Arsenal strengthens their attacking lineup further, it will be difficult for them to surpass City and secure the title.
