Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports to yet another update on Valencia winger Ferran Torres‘ move to the Etihad.
Torres had agreed personal terms with City on a contract until 2025 and is understood to be keen on working with Guardiola.
Valencia initially demanding €45m for a player who in November became the youngest in their history to play 50 La Liga games, they have accepted a lower bid of £24.5m (€27m) plus add-ons given he has only one year left on his deal.
ESPN correspondent in Barcelona reported that Ferran Torres will sign his contract with the Citizens Tuesday and everything will be done in Barcelona.
According to information relayed by El Transistor, City officials Ferran Soriano, Omar Berrada, and Txiki Begiristain will all be in attendance for the official signing of the 20-year-old. Should ‘no setbacks arise’, Ferran Torres will put pen to paper on his switch to the Etihad Stadium.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City xtra and City Chief, Manchester City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
