A selection of Manchester City fans on Twitter have reacted positively after learning that Aymeric Laporte has return to full training after a lengthy lay-off with injury.
The Spaniard sustained nasty knee knocks against Wolves and West Ham on in the run-in, but soldiered on to help his team-mates over the line and secure a fourth Premier League title in five years.
As Manchester City gear up for their second Champions League group stage game of the season, against Borussia Dortmund at the Etihad Stadium, Aymeric Laporte has delivered a significant update on his progress.
He released a new photo of him on the ball in Manchester City training, with the caption, āAlmost thereā accompanied by the āeyesā emoji, suggesting that a return to full fitness may only be around the corner for the former Athletic Bilbao man.

Today represents a major step forward for Aymer, who Pep Guardiola predicts could be ready for first team action after the international break.
He will be given time to fully recover and build up his fitness having missed pre-season ā but itās great to see him back training with the squad.
