The Premier League has released the prices of Manchester City players for the 2024/25 season of Fantasy Premier League. Manchester City will be aiming to secure their fifth consecutive Premier League title, starting their campaign against Chelsea. The season could also mark Pep Guardiola’s last at the Etihad Stadium, with the team set to compete in newly-formatted versions of the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup.
Erling Haaland has become the first £15.0 million player in Fantasy Premier League history, setting a new record ahead of the season. He has been a prolific scorer for Manchester City, netting 90 goals since joining in 2022. Haaland will be the most expensive player in FPL for the team, with other key players such as De Bruyne and Foden priced at £9.5m initially.
The FPL prices for Manchester City players have been unveiled, with Ederson and Stefan Ortega priced at £5.5m as goalkeepers, Josko Gvardiol as the most expensive defender at £6.0m, and a range of midfielders and forwards available at different price points. The release of the price list marks the official start of the 2024/25 edition of Fantasy Premier League.
