Man City fans went wild for Phil Foden today as the star scored two goals against Huddersfield Town – and Erling Haaland also got caught up in Foden mania at one point.

City secured safe passage to the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 5-0 win over the Championship side at the Etihad Stadium.

Foden helped himself to two goals, with Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doky also on target. There was also an own goal forced by Oscar Bobb.

Foden was a joy to watch today, which has been the case lot recently as he’s taken up central positions.

He came in for priase throughout the game from BBC pundit Leon Osman, and he really did light up the game at times.

His second goal was superbly taken, and it certainly got a creation out of injured City…
