Manchester City has some of the best players in Europe, with six players from their squad ranked in the top 30 of the 2023 Ballon d’Or rankings. Five of these players made the top 10. Christian Eriksen, a Premier League star, recently praised De Bruyne as one of the best passers in the world in a video shared on the Goal TikTok channel. Despite only appearing in 18 league games last season, De Bruyne still managed to rank fourth in the City squad for key passes, showcasing his importance in creating opportunities for his teammates.
