Issa Kabore, a Manchester City defender, is being targeted by AS Roma and Everton. Kabore spent the previous season at Luton Town, playing in 24 Premier League games and contributing two assists. He has had loan spells at Marseille, ES Troyes, and KV Mechelen before joining Luton Town for the 2023/24 season.

With his contract expiring in 2025, Manchester City is looking to sell Kabore this summer to avoid losing him for free next season. Everton, who are also interested in Kabore, are seeking to strengthen their squad despite ownership uncertainty. The club is considering moves for both Kabore and Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips.

However, AS Roma is also in the mix for Kabore, with reports suggesting they are willing to pay between €8 million and €10 million for the defender. Roma’s sporting director, Florent Ghisolf, has expressed interest in Kabore before and is leading the club’s pursuit of the player. Everton may face competition from Roma in their bid to sign Kabore.
