An obvious to make could be on the cards for Man City

Man City received the news yesterday that they feared in terms of the seriousness of the injury that Josko Gvardiol suffered against Chelsea. The Croatian defender suffered a fractured tibial in his right leg. He will now face an extended period on the sidelines. Pep Guardiola’s side is now facing an injury crisis with their centre-backs. Ruben Dias also picked up a muscle injury against Chelsea. John Stones is currently injured and Nathan Ake is a player who has battled fitness issues of his own over the past two seasons. City does seemingly need to sign another senior centre-back.
