Manchester City don’t often get things wrong when it comes to buying and selling players, but Cole Palmer has been doing his level best to make the club look silly since joining Chelsea.
Palmer left Manchester City in the summer of 2023 to join Chelsea in a £42.5 million transfer deal.The move raised eyebrows at the time, and it was widely suggested that City had done some really good business.
Palmer’s rise at Chelsea has made for uncomfortable viewing for City fans – and he’s now made some comments that have left supporters even more gutted.
