Manchester City’s new training ground car park hierarchy has been established by a five-man leadership group led by club captain Kyle Walker. The group also includes Kevin De Bruyne, Ruben Dias, Rodri, and Bernardo Silva, with specific parking spots based on status and longevity at the club. The changes were detailed in the latest edition of MailSport’s Man City Notebook, showcasing a commitment to the club and recognizing the players’ positions within the team.

The car park at the City Football Academy now has a more regimented order, with each first-team squad member having their own numbered bay. New signings such as Mateo Kovacic, Matheus Nunes, and Jeremy Doku are placed farther away from the entrance compared to the more established players. Notably, manager Pep Guardiola is exempt from the new system, which aims to symbolize hierarchy within the squad.

Manchester City’s training ground is a bustling hub where both the men’s and women’s teams train and play matches. There are discussions about further expanding the facility in the future, with a planning application already submitted for a purpose-built training facility for the women’s team. The Premier League champions continue their pursuit of a fourth successive English top-flight title, making the training ground a central hub for their activities.
