Manchester City may renew their interest in signing RB Leipzig and Spanish star Dani Olmo during the upcoming summer transfer window. Olmo could potentially join former teammates like Josko Gvardiol in making the move from the Bundesliga to the Premier League champions.
The Etihad Stadium outfit might also pursue a deal for West Ham United midfielder Lucas Paqueta, depending on the outcome of an ongoing FIFA and FA investigation. Olmo, who has a release clause of €60 million, signed a new contract with RB Leipzig until 2027 and has been performing well in the Bundesliga this season.
Reportedly, Olmo prefers a move to Manchester City over other Premier League clubs due to Barcelona’s financial difficulties. The club is also considering other Bundesliga stars like Jamal Musiala, Joshua Kimmich, and Florian Wirtz as potential reinforcements for the upcoming season.
