Semih Kılıçsoy has caught the eye of Manchester City scouts due to his performances for Besiktas, where he has been directly involved in 13 goals. The Sky Blues are reportedly preparing to make an offer for the young forward, with a proposed five-year deal on the table. Kılıçsoy would cost €30 million, which would make him a record transfer from the Turkish league to the Premier League.
