Manchester City is looking to sign Besiktas forward Semih Kılıçsoy this summer, as he has emerged as a potential transfer target for the club. The 18-year-old has had a successful campaign in the Turkish top-flight and could be part of a potential summer rebuild for Manchester City’s first-team squad.

As Manchester City remains in pursuit of a domestic double, they are preparing for potential senior departures from the club. With uncertainty surrounding the future of midfield pair Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva, Guardiola is looking at potential additions such as Brazilian duo Lucas Paqueta and Bruno Guimarães, as well as Bundesliga players Jammal Musiala, Joshua Kimmich, and Dani Olmo.

Semih Kılıçsoy has caught the eye of Manchester City scouts due to his performances for Besiktas, where he has been directly involved in 13 goals. The Sky Blues are reportedly preparing to make an offer for the young forward, with a proposed five-year deal on the table. Kılıçsoy would cost €30 million, which would make him a record transfer from the Turkish league to the Premier League.
