Mikel Arteta and Arsenal look to have received a huge blow just days before the Gunners are set to play Man City in the Premier League.
Arsenal face Premier League title rivals Manchester City at the Emirates on Sunday but will now be sweating over the availability of their first-choice right winger.
Saka has been nursing fitness problems over the last two weeks but was declared fit to start in the win over Bournemouth at the weekend and again for the European match in France but was forced off just 34 minutes in.

It didn’t look good for the English winger either, who was seen wincing in pain as the physio team arrived onto the pitch to treat him.
. It is unclear, as of now, how serious the injury is but it certainly is not a good sign with a huge game against Man City on the horizon.
He left the field early during Arsenal’s 4-0 win against Bournemouth on Saturday, but had returned to training on Monday in what was a huge boost to Mikel Arteta’s side, with a monumental clash against Manchester City coming up at the Emirates Stadium this weekend.
Saka is arguably Arteta’s best player and biggest goal threat, therefore, the English star is one of the last players the Gunners boss would want to lose before a huge match.
The 22-year-old has scored five goals and five assists across all competions this season so far with Arsenal fans set to be watching their social media closely over the coming days in the hope that their main man will not be out for a long period of time.
