Pep Guardiola’s side got off to a great start in the Premier League on Friday against Burnley, beating the Clarets 3-0.
Ahead of the much-awaited UEFA Super Cup clash between Manchester City and Sevilla at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium, Pep Guardiola has named his travelling squad for the contest.

Bernardo Silva is the latest omission from Manchester City’s matchday selection. The Portugal international played a full 90 minutes against Burnley. But seemingly, he did not come out of the game unscathed.
Le10 Sport have reported today that Bernardo ‘has been slightly injured and is not expected to take part’ against Sevilla.
The 29-year-old felt some pain coming out of the game, and this knock has now rule him out of Wednesday’s game. the nature of the injury is not specified.
According to MailSport’s Jack Gaughan, Bernardo Silva is ‘unwell’.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.
