Football-loving fans, predominantly supporters of Manchester City, took to social media to heap praises on Darwin Nunez.
Haaland took just 35 minutes to score on his Premier League debut opening his account for Manchester City away at West Ham.
The Norwegian powerhouse, a £51 million summer signing, was relatively quiet in the opening exchanges at the London Stadium but soon put that Community Shield miss behind him from last week.
Ilkay Gundogan slipped Haaland in behind and he demonstrated a frightening turn of pace to dart in behind the Hammers backline.
He beat substitute goalkeeper Alphonse Areola to the ball and the French goalkeeper brought Haaland down inside the area.
His Premier League debut goal appears to have brought excitement among Man City fans and Football lovers with many showering praises on him.
