Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays another update on the club’s pursuit of Marc Cucurella.
Cucurella is a priority target for Pep Guardiola, who wants to add a new left-back to his Manchester City squad this summer.
Pep Guardiola’s side have already failed with a bid of £30m, which is some way away from Brighton’s £50m valuation of the defender.
Cucurella is keen on a move to Manchester City and the club are believed to be counting on him to push for a move.
But it has been claimed Brighton are not worried about Cucurella creating problems behind the scenes.
According to Andy Naylor via The Athletic UK, Brighton are not concerned about Marc Cucurella’s commitment or attitude, and are under no pressure to sell him.
As per the Journalist, the size and timing of Manchester City’s opening bid for Marc Cucurella was regarded at Brighton as an attempt to unsettle the player and force a quick agreement.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.
