Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims the club is keeping a ‘very close eye’ on Celtic goalkeeper Rory Mahady.
Mahady, who is just 15, has been coming through the Celtic ranks in recent years, and it appears he is already attracting a lot of interest.
According to a new report from Football Scotland, City are keeping tabs on the Celtic goalkeeper having watched him on a few occasions in recent times.
Mahady would join Man City EDS should he be brought in, and Celtic would be in line to receive a cross-border fee, but City have other options.
Gavin Bazunu, who is impressing at club level for Portsmouth, seems to be a star of the future, so Mahady has to consider whether he would actually become a first-team player at City.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra, and it attracted plenty of attention from Man City fans.
