Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Gabriel Jesus remains Juventus’ favourite to bolster their attack this summer.
The links with Jesus come amid speculation that City are looking to upgrade their attack ahead of next season by bringing in Jack Grealish and Harry Kane from Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.
Jesus is one player who could be forced to leave City this summer if the club need to generate funds for the potential signing of Harry Kane, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League champions.
Juventus needs a new striker and they have been linked with moves for several attackers ahead of the new campaign.
They have already secured the permanent arrival of Alvaro Morata already this summer, but the Old Lady may need to bolster their attack further.
According to Tuttosport via Sport_Witness, Juventus are keen to add to their attack for next season, with Jesus Gabriel having been ‘in the sights’ at the club for years, and remains their priority to strengthen the attack.
The Manchester City striker is not the only option being considered. Mauro Icardi, Dusan Vlahovic, Andrea Belotti and Everton’s Moise Kean are also on Juventus’ ‘shopping list’, but Jesus remains their preferred.
The 24-year-old, who has two years remaining on his current contract, has made 195 appearances for City across all competitions, scoring 82 goals and providing 34 assists.
The news was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and City Chief, and it attracted plenty of attention from the fans, who took to the social media platform to share their thoughts on the speculation.

Juventus can’t afford any player right now, especially one coming from the Premier League.

Loan with an option to buy probably won’t be acceptable by our board sadly….

Really don’t want Jesus to leave. It would really annoy me.

Im rlly not against selling Jesus, it’s probably better for his career if he leaves but if he does leave then we have to be getting a straight transfer fee from juve for him and then theres no excuses not to get Kane. We cant sell Jesus then not get either Haaland, Lukaku or Kane
