Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Lionel Messi ‘has already made decision’ on his future.
The Argentine’s current contract comes to an end in June, leading to feverish speculation about his future.
Over the last 18 months or so, Messi has became disillusioned with life at the Camp Nou due to the club’s performances on the pitch as well as the direction it was headed off it, but opted to stay at Barcelona.
But, despite being set to see out the remainder of the campaign with Barca, Messi’s future beyond the summer remains unclear.
The Times had suggested that the 6-time Ballon d’Or winner looked set to remain a Barcelona payer, following positive talks between the club and his father.
That now seems to be the case, with beIN Sports journalist Achraf Ben Ayad claiming that the 32-year-old has come to his decision on his future.
Taking to Twitter, Ben Ayad posted, “Lionel Messi decides to continue in Barcelona. His relationship with the Catalan club continues.”
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Chief, many Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
