Manchester City will face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-final, should they advance past Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.
Pep Guardiola’s side currently hold a 2-1 advantage from the first-leg, and will make the trip to Germany on Wednesday night with the last four of Europe’s premier competition within touching distance.
City have failed to reach the semi-finals of Europe’s top competition since Pep Guardiola took charge of the club, and their only appearance in the last four saw them eliminated at the hands of Real Madrid in 2016.
Manchester City as well as Paris St Germain, who lost the final to Bayern only last year dream of winning the Champions League for the first time.
The Parisians lost 1-0 to the holders in the dramatic return fixture on Tuesday, with Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting grabbing the goal, but went through on away goals after winning the opening match 3-2 in Germany.
After PSG withstand Bayern barrage to dethrone Champions League holders, many Man City fans took to twitter expressing their thoughts and opinions on facing the ligue 1 champions if they win Dortmund.
Now it’s up to City to make the Semi’s the Oil Classico! 🙌🏻

Tbh I would’ve take Bayern over PSG, because of the way we play

PSG are so clinical compared to us 😅 especially Mbappé compared to Sterling and Jesus. Our defence can defend everything except quick counterattacks also .

PSG got dominated by a Bayern team with no Lewandowski and Gnabry

Walker against Mbappe would be epic. It would be a tough game but I think PSG look fairly ordinary in midfield and defence. All about how well City defend on the counter, as is tomorrow.

We should be wary of their pact wingers (I.e if we qualify)
