Some Manchester City fans as well as United Legend Ferdinand were impressed with Kevin De Bruyne for his performance in last night’s clash for Belgium against Wales.
De Bruyne was among many who impressed as Belgium beat Wales in a FIFA World Cup 2022 Qualifiers match-up on Wednesday.
The Red Devils went 1-0 down early to the British side, but De Bruyne scored an equaliser from range to help his team turn things around and finally winning the game 3-1.
The City captain was one of the best players on the pitch, creating plenty of chances, while Thorgan Hazard- who assisted De Bruyne’s goal- got on the scoresheet himself.
The Victory saw Belgium record a 13th straight competitive win at home and go second in Group E behind Czech Republic, who won 6-2 in Estonia.
After the De Bruyne’s masterclass display last night, Manchester United legend Ferdinand took to Twitter to compared the player to former great, David Beckham.
