Manchester City are closing in on the signing of 18-year-old midfielder Enrik Ostrc from NK Olimpija, Tutto Mercato Web reports.
The defensive midfielder will cost Pep Guardiola’s side €3 million (£2.7 million), and will sign a four-and-a-half year contract at the Etihad Stadium.
The report claims the Slovenia U18 international is expected to complete a move to the Etihad club and sign a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Citizens.
The Italian news outlet add that Ostrc will undergo his medical with the Citizens today, before putting pen to paper and immediately join French side Troyes AC on loan, who currently sit top of France’s Ligue 2.
Enrik Ostrc joined Slovenian side Olimpija Ljubljana in 2018 and after spending two years with their youth system, he was promoted to their first team last June.
