Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that claims Pep Guardiola has joined Real Madrid and Barcelona in the hunt to sign Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martínez.
While many quality strikers have been touted by City, none have been linked as much as Argentine Martinez, who enjoyed a brilliant season in Serie A with a record of a goal every two games last season.
According to a recent report from FC Inter News (via Sports Witness), Manchester City, Barcelona and Real Madrid ‘remain vigilant’ of Lautaro Martínez’s situation at Inter Milan.
The reports adds that Pep Guardiola considers the 23-year-old as a ‘perfect heir’ to Sergio Agüero, whose contract with the club is due to expire at the end of the current season.
However, the report claims that in an attempt to warn of potential suitors, both Martinez and Inter seem keen to extend their relationship.
Martínez, 23, joined Inter Milan in 2018 from Argentinian side Racing Club in a transfer which cost the Nerazzurri £22.5m, as per Transfermarkt.
Since his arrival at the San Siro two-years ago, Martínez has grown to become one of Europe’s most clinical marksman.

Prefer him over Halaand and Felix. Either him or Patson Daka

I wouldn’t mind him but I really want haaland.

Again if this is true Pep makes the wrong decision. Martinez is good, but not the player we need.
