Sergio Aguero has returned to training with Manchester City after missing more than three months with a knee injury.
The Argentine superstar has returned and is looking fit as he waits for his debut in this 2020-21 season. The Argentina forward has not played since June 22 after suffering a knee injury in the 5-0 victory over Burnley.
This is a very positive development as Premier League games, league cup and Champions League matches return this month.
Pep Guardiola’s side have struggled in recent weeks, losing 5-2 to Leicester before being held to a draw by Leeds. However, their fortunes may be about to change.
Aguero has the opportunity to get his fitness up during the international break and could push to make the squad for City’s Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on October 17.
