Manchester City have been heavily liked with Valencia winger Ferran Torres ahead of the transfer window which begins on July 27th.
Ferran, whose current contract ends in June 2021 is apparently top of Pep Guardiola’s wish list in terms of potential reinforcements in wide attacking positions.
The 20-year-old is widely expected to seal a move to the Etihad this summer, with all parties concerned eager for the deal to go through.
According to Ser Deportivos City and Valencia, Ferran Torres have a ‘completely closed agreement’, with conversations in ‘advanced’ stage while both Clubs are ‘evaluating options’ over a deal for the Winger.
Report from Marca as relayed by Sport Witness suggests City are considering tabling €35 million alongside central defensive midfielder, Yangel Herrera, as part of its pursuit of Valencia winger Ferran Torres.
Once an agreement is reached between the two clubs, the deal could be made official in the coming weeks, and Torres could be City’s first signing of the summer.
